RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
We offer a 7-day 'buyer's remorse' return policy. Unopened boxes can be returned with no questions asked. Opened and flown product can be returned and must be in new working order (subject to our discretion). Opened boxes will incur a 20% restocking fee.
The returned merchandise must be in its original condition and accompanied by the packing slip included in your order, as well as the original documentation and packaging; otherwise, the return will not be honored.
Original condition means that there are no scratches, marks or blemishes on the product and the security tags are still attached. The product must not have been sized or altered in any way.
Damaged Box or Damaged Product: If you receive damaged or incorrect item(s), contact a Customer Support no later than 5 business days of receipt of your shipment to make the necessary corrections. If there is extensive damage to the box, refuse delivery and contact a Customer Support immediately at 813-575-2160.
Refusal of Delivery: If a package is refused for delivery, outside of arriving damaged or in a damaged box, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred by FTG. Once we receive the package back in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original form of payment for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost of shipping the package to you.
Incorrect Shipping Address Provided: Packages that are returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to the additional shipping charge. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. Requests for packages to be re-shipped will be subject to a re-shipping fee. If the package is returned and the customer has not contacted a customer support the order will then be refunded back to the original form of payment.
Standard Fulfillment / Shipping
FTG ships to all U.S. destinations, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico
All orders will be processed within 1 business day. Shipping methods for standard orders are UPS Ground service or USPS Priority. Standard order delivery time is 2-7 business days. In some cases, items may be on backorder with the manufacturer and may take longer than 5-10 business days. You will be notified by a sales representative if this is the case. If you have a question on availability of a product or need a product sooner, please contact one of our sales representatives at 813-575-2160. UPS Overnight, UPS Saturday, UPS 3-Day services are available upon request for additional charges. We will be happy to assist in determining the most prompt and efficient way to get your order fulfilled.
REPAIR SERVICES & UPGRADES: TERMS & CONDITIONS
By agreeing to our terms and conditions you authorize or acknowledge the Diagnostic work identified in the submitted form. The customer agrees that FOWADO TECHNOLOGY GROUP, LLC is not responsible for loss or damage of data stored on the product(s); or, loss of the product in case of fire, theft or other causes beyond the control of FOWADO TECHNOLOGY GROUP, LLC. FOWADO TECHNOLOGY GROUP, LLC is not responsible for delays in the repair or replacement caused by unavailability of replacement parts, acts of nature, war or terrorism. The undersigned warrants and represents that he or she is the owner of the product presented for repair and has full authority to authorize FOWADO TECHNOLOGY GROUP, LLC to make the repairs or replacements without the joinder of another and to bind all other owners or users of the product to the limitations on warranties.
The customer acknowledges that he or she is the owner of the product(s) being placed with FOWADO TECHNOLOGY GROUP, LLC for diagnostic review and repair, has full authority to authorize any repairs or replacements and is over the age of eighteen (18). The customer further acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms and conditions of this Repair Request.

FOR ALL REPAIRS OVER $100.00, YOU WILL BE PROVIDED A QUOTE VIA PHONE CALL AND EMAIL, YOU MAY EITHER AGREE TO THE REPAIR OR REQUEST THE PRODUCT BE RETURNED TO YOU. IF ANY REPAIRED DEVICE OR PRODUCT IS LEFT FOR MORE THEN THIRTY (30) DAYS AT ANY FOWADO TECHNOLOGY GROUP, LLC, FOWADO TECHNOLOGY GROUP LLC WILL TAKE POSSESSION OVER THAT DEVICE OR PRODUCT. AT OUR DISCRETION A PREPAID SHIPPING LABLE MAY BE PROVIDED FOR CERTAIN ITEMS NOT DELIVERED TO OUR STORE IN PERSON. IN THE EVENT THAT YOU WERE NOT PROVIDED WITH A PREPAID LABLE, YOU MUST PAY ALL POSTAGE CHARGES FOR SHIPMENTS FROM YOU TO US. NO COLLECT SHIPMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. IF, AFTER RECEIPT OF A QUOTE FOR REPAIRS, YOU DECIDE NOT TO ENGAGE FOWADO TECHNOLOGY GROUP, LLC TO REPAIR YOUR DEVICE, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR A $69 DIAGNOSTIC FEE. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SAVING DATA ON ANY PRODUCT PRESENTED TO FOWADO TECHNOLOGY GROUP, LLC FOR REPAIR. FOWADO TECHNOLOGY GROUP, LLC DOES NOT TRANSFER ANY DATA OR MEDIA OF ANY SORT. ONCE A PRODUCT IS ACCEPTED FOR REPAIR, FOWADO TECHNOLOGY GROUP, LLC WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE TO OR LOSS OF DATA WHILE THE PRODUCT IS IN OUR POSSESSION. NO WATER DAMAGED PRODUCT OR REPAIR IS GUARANTEED FOR ANY REASON. REPAIR TIMES MAY VARY BY PRODUCT TYPE AND TYPE OF REPAIR. FOWADO TECHNOLOGY GROUP, LLC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ALTER OR CHANGE THIS AGREEMENT.
Local Curbside Pickup
How it works:
1) During FTG Drones business hours, and at least 1 hour before you plan to pick up your order, select “Local Curbside Pickup” as one of the shipping options during checkout on Fowadotechnologygroup.com and complete the checkout process.
2) Make your way to FTG Drones at: 1013 US HWY 301 S, Tampa, FL, 33619. When you pull into the parking lot, park at visitors or curbside pickup or any of the open and available parking space.
3) Text 813-892-9024 with your order number, last name and make / model of your car
4) Wait 2-6 minutes, a FTG Drones personnel will come out with your order.
