Fowado Unmanned Systems will take back any new item up to 14 days after receiving your order. Items must be unused and in the original sealed packaging. New Items returned within 14 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns are allowed after 15 days. Return shipping costs are to be paid by the purchaser. Any products returned damaged and/or defective (except in the case of a DOA return) will be returned to the sender without a refund.
Open Box Returns
Fowado Unmanned Systems will allow the return of any new and working item with all the original packaging. There will be a 20% restocking fee. No returns are allowed after 15 days. Return shipping costs are to be paid by the purchaser. Any products returned damaged and/or defective (except in the case of a DOA return) will be returned to the sender without a refund.
International returns are subject to the same terms and conditions as domestic returns. New returns are accepted for a full refund if the product has not been opened or used. New products returned after 14 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Open-box items returned before 15 days are also subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns are not accepted after 15 days. Return shipping costs are to be paid by the purchaser. Any products returned damaged and/or defective (except in the case of a DOA return) will not be refunded.
DJI DOA Out of Box Returns
DJI’s policy is that if your item is defective out of the box, within 10 days of receiving the item, has not been crashed, and is in original condition, we can exchange the item if the problem can be confirmed by us.
FOWADO US only ships to the contiguous 48 states.
All orders will be processed within 1 business day. Shipping methods for standard orders are UPS Ground service or USPS Priority. Standard order delivery time is 2-7 business days. In some cases, items may be on backorder with the manufacturer and may take longer than 5-10 business days. You will be notified by a sales representative if this is the case. REPAIR SERVICES & UPGRADES TERMS & CONDITIONS
By agreeing to our terms and conditions you authorize or acknowledge the Diagnostic work identified in the submitted form. The customer agrees that FOWADO TECHNOLOGY GROUP, LLC is not responsible for the loss or damage of data stored on the product(s); or, loss of the product in case of fire, theft, or other causes beyond the control of FOWADO TECHNOLOGY GROUP, LLC. FOWADO TECHNOLOGY GROUP, LLC is not responsible for delays in the repair or replacement caused by the unavailability of replacement parts, acts of nature, war, or terrorism. The undersigned warrants and represents that he or she is the owner of the product presented for repair and has full authority to authorize FOWADO TECHNOLOGY GROUP, LLC to make the repairs or replacements without the joinder of another and to bind all other owners or users of the product to the limitations on warranties.
The customer acknowledges that he or she is the owner of the product(s) being placed with FOWADO TECHNOLOGY GROUP, LLC for diagnostic review and repair, has full authority to authorize any repairs or replacements, and is over the age of eighteen (18). The customer further acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms and conditions of this Repair Request.

TERMS OF SERVICE
These Product Purchase Terms and Conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") apply to the purchase of products (the "Products") sold by Fowado Unmanned Systems. ("Fowado Technology Group, LLC"). The purchaser of the Products (the "Purchaser") agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

- Payment in full is required to reserve your preorder item
- Fowado Unmanned Systems has no control over the delivery timeframe. We fulfill the order based on when they arrive from the manufacturer
- Refunds for preorders are processed in the form of store credit - ** CASH REFUNDS NOT ACCEPTED **
We reserve the right to reject returned items if they are not in a condition to resell them as a new product. These parts can be complex systems, and failure of one component can result in a crash or damage. The warranty does not cover, and Fowado Technology Group, LLC is not responsible in any way, for damage to other equipment due to a failure of a component. Fowado Technology Group, LLC. is not responsible in any way for the use, misuse, or any injury or damage to personal property from the use of any equipment purchased at Fowado Technology Group. Returns are voided if any of the boards are tampered with or if a customer installs or modifies any parts/ pieces of their products. Fowado Technology Group, LLC. is not responsible for repairs, evaluations, or purchases left after 90 days of invoice notice. Fowado Technology Group, LLC. does not provide any warranties whatsoever and defers to the manufacturer for any complaints/warranties/guarantees as Fowado Technology Group, LLC. does not make, manufacture, or fabricate any of the products found herein.
Damaged Packages: A damaged package is defined as a package that sustained significant damage to the integrity of the package and its contents. If your package is visibly or significantly damaged and requires a signature, do not sign for the package. Refuse the package and return it to the sender. Contact us if you have refused a package damaged in transit. Damaged packages that do not require a signature must be submitted to Fowado Unmanned Systems with photographic evidence. A photo of the damaged package, its contents, and our shipping label is required. If you do not wish to open the damaged package, a photo of the unopened damaged package with our shipping label is acceptable. However, if the submitted unopened package is returned opened, your eligibility may be at risk.
Lost Packages: A lost package is defined as a package lost in transit by the delivery service provider, a package with no scans or engagement within the last 72 hours, or a package that does not have an origin scan. A package marked as delivered by the delivery service provider or signed by the receiver is not a defined lost package. Please be aware of the delivery time frame as any signature, including but not limited to a household member or close neighbor, is considered a valid signature by the delivery service provider and Fowado Unmanned Systems.
Stolen Packages: A stolen package is defined as a package left at the delivery site, without a signature required, that has gone missing from the delivery site. If your package appears to have been stolen, a police report must be filed and submitted to Fowado Unmanned Systems. Failure to do so would result in the ineligibility of a replacement or refund. A signed-for package is not a defined stolen package. Please be aware of the delivery time frame as any signature, including but not limited to a household member or close neighbor, is considered a valid signature by the delivery service provider and Fowado Unmanned Systems.

Unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) Products are not toys. These safety instructions are intended not only for the protection of the UAVs but also to protect the safety of yourself and others. Improper operation may cause serious injury and property damage. In case of improper use, a UAV can be dangerous so please use every precaution possible. Fowado Unmanned Systems does not guarantee error-free behavior of the UAV, including without limitation its electronics or software.
Use at Own Risk; Other Users:
Purchaser agrees to use the Products at his/her own risk (this also applies to associated computer programs). Purchaser shall be responsible for ensuring that all users of the Products purchased by Purchaser comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Safe flying areas:
Purchaser agrees to refrain from operating UAV Products over people and stay away from children and pets and abide by all FAA regulations and advisories. The purchaser agrees to stay clear of anything in the range of the UAV, or anything it could collide with such as power lines, buildings, other UAVs, etc.
Comply with local rules:
Purchaser agrees to comply in full with all local government rules, especially when flying near airports. Be sure to look up these regulations.
Purchaser agrees to use his/her best judgment and always practice safe flying techniques. Purchaser agrees not to fly the UAV Products in a manner that may result in damage or harm to persons, animals, or property.
Purchaser agrees to conduct a thorough systems check before each flight and to conduct periodic maintenance of the Products.
Fowado Unmanned Systems is not responsible for inexperienced operators and is not accountable for the training or any equipment used in, on, or with the UAV Products. UAVs involve complicated machinery that presupposes a base knowledge of computer programming. If unfamiliar with programming or the Products, Purchaser agrees to take seek further information and assistance.
Liability: Fowado Unmanned Systems assumes no liability for damage or injury associated with the use of the Products. Fowado Unmanned Systems does not guarantee error-free behavior of the Products, including without limitation electronics, power packs, or software.
Local Curbside Pickup
How it works:
1) During FTG Drones business hours, and at least 1 hour before you plan to pick up your order, select “Local Curbside Pickup” as one of the shipping options during checkout on Fowadotechnologygroup.com and complete the checkout process.
2) Make your way to Fowado US at: 333 N Falkenburg Rd B212, Tampa, FL, 33619. When you pull into the parking lot, park at visitors or curbside pickup or any of the open and available parking space.
3) Text 813-575-2160 with your order number, last name, and make / model of your car
4) Wait 2-6 minutes, a Fowado US personnel will come out with your order.
